Conference Venue:

Please note that the allocaton of rooms at the James Cook has been filled as at 11th February 2005. Alternative hotel accommodation can be booked as per the hotels listed below.
The James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor is offering a special delegates rate for the duration of the conference. A limited number of rooms have been held at this rate so please book early to avoid missing out. Rates are as follows:

The Copthorne Plimmer Towers offers hotel style accommodation and is located approximately five minutes walk away from the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor. Rates are as follows:

Hotel Ibis Wellington
This 3 star International hotel is located in the city centre, approximately five minutes walk from the James Cook Hotel and one block from the Wellington Waterfront precinct. Rates are as follows:

Downtown Backpackers
Backpacker/Budget style accommodation situated approximately 15 minutes walk from the James Cook Hotel. The hotel provides comfortable but basic accommodation and is directly opposite the railway station so is close to trains, buses and the inter-island ferry, the new stadium, and the inner city area. Rates are as follows:

Superior Double $75 per room night (room with ensuite bathroom, TV with Sky and tea and coffee making facilities)

Standard Twin $60 per room ($30 per person) per night (bunk beds with ensuite bathroom)

Share Room $23 per person (3,4 or 6 bed bunk rooms with ensuite bathroom)
