Registrations
are now closed.
Payment Options
Payment is required with your registration. Please pay in New Zealand
dollars. Whether you complete the hard copy registration form or
the on-line form you can pay by:
• Bank Draft or
New Zealand Cheque – made payable to: INQAAHE Conference 2005
• Credit card - VISA and MasterCard only.
• Direct credit - please contact the Conference Manager if
this is your preferred payment option
Note: if you want to pay
by cheque and are registering on-line, choose the “cheque
in the post” option and post the cheque with a covering note
or copy of your form. On-line registrations will receive an automatic
booking number when the form is submitted.
Confirmation will be by
email and will be forwarded after BOTH registration AND payment
have been received and processed.
Registration Fees
* All fees are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of New Zealand’s
12.5% goods and services tax.
Included in the early
bird and standard conference registration fee is:
• Entrance to all conference sessions
• Morning tea on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Lunch and afternoon tea on Wednesday and Thursday
• Nametag, satchel and contents
• One ticket each to the Welcome Reception and Conference
Dinner
Included in the accompanying
person’s registration fee is:
• Nametag
• One ticket each to the Welcome Reception and Conference
Dinner
• Morning and afternoon teas at the conference
Registration Early
Bird Closing Date
To qualify for the early bird registration your registration form
AND FULL PAYMENT must be received by 31 January 2005. If payment
has not been received by that date the later fee will automatically
be applied. On site registrations attract the standard fee.
Cancellation and
Refund Policy
Cancellations received by 31 January 2005 will not incur a penalty.
Between 1 February and 22 March 2005 cancellations incur a $NZ100
processing fee. No refunds will be given after 22 March 2005; this
includes ‘no shows’ at Conference, unless there are
exceptional circumstances. Cancellations must be in writing (email
or fax). Please advise the Conference Manager, in writing, of any
substitutions prior to the day.
